Alumni Engagement Adviser Location: Clayton campus Employment type: Full‑time, Fixed‑term until 26 November 2026 Remuneration: $106,789 – $117,128 pa (HEW Level 07 + 17% superannuation) Opportunity The Alumni Engagement team has an exciting opportunity for an Alumni Engagement Adviser. The role supports the delivery of data‑driven programs and opportunities to over 500,000 alumni to demonstrate the benefits of a lifelong relationship with Monash. Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues across Monash to build a data and insights culture to understand the alumni community at scale. Support the delivery of value‑based programs and opportunities. Build relationships with key colleagues within Advancement, faculties and divisions of the University to provide a coordinated approach to alumni engagement locally and internationally. Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in Business, Marketing or International Relations, with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
