About You : Have a minimum of 1 years retail management experience. Experience in managing a team of 2 or more. Strong customer service skills. Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s. Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities. Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team. Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store. Have an interest in fashion and trends. Take pride in your personal style and presentation.
