Success Coordination is looking for an experienced Support Coordinator, Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join our team. Success Coordination is a small, Independent Support Coordination service located in Bunbury. We support NDIS clients throughout the south west. Our goal is to build our clients capacity and NDIS knowledge to 'Live the Life they Choose'. What are we looking for? Lived Experience of disability. Relevant qualification in disability, health or related field. NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain one). Working with Children's Check, Current Police Check and completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Strong knowledge of local supports, organisations and services. Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. Experience working within the community sector and a strong understanding of the NDIS. Experience with managing a client case load. Valid WA driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle. What we offer: A supportive and welcoming team culture. Ongoing training and professional development.
