In this role, you will be responsible for embedding the Hostplus Risk Management Framework within our Investments and Investment Operations functions. You will:Provide independent review and challenge the Investment Governance FrameworkGuide the identification, management, and reporting of emerging risksSupport the preparation of regulatory responses for the Investments and Investment Operations functionOversee the second line assurance program over key controlsParticipate in decision-making to support risk-based considerations that align with our business planChallenge activities and decisions affecting the Hostplus risk profileLead the development of the risk team’s Vision and engagement planCollaborate on improvements to the Risk Management FrameworkExecute and oversee the Risk business planSupport strategic and business planning activitiesAbout you:You are a seasoned professional with significant experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investment risk management, internal audit, or compliance roles.
