The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in supporting our team with general administrative tasks and the day-to-day flow of operations for our accounts receivable function. Responsibilities Allocate incoming payments and process banking journals Perform account reconciliations Monitor outstanding debtor balances and follow up in line with collection procedures Process debt recovery lodgements for long-overdue accounts Process customer credit applications in line with credit control procedures Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or customer account queries including liaising with internal departments Maintain accurate customer account data and assist with reporting requirements Generate and issue invoices Deliver high-level customer service via phone and email Support end-of-month and end-of-year tasks Perform general administrative duties to support the team What You’ll Bring Previous experience in accounts receivable or finance administration (1–2 years preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel What We Offer A stable role in a respected, family-owned and operated business Competitive wage and support for professional growth Access to Fitness Passport – to support your physical wellbeing Access to Intellect – wellbeing platform for you and your family Access to a financial wellbeing benefit – banking and lifestyle benefits through partnership with the Commonwealth Bank Access to NIB – exclusive health cover benefits A safe, inclusive, and professional working environment If you are interested in joining a supportive and inclusive team where your experience is valued and respected, apply today.
