The Position Assist in the planning and preparation of food production across functions and in‑house menu‑based catering Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness and OHS Contribute to the development of menu ideas using local fresh ingredients Assist in the mentoring of the kitchen team Monitor and order stock and minimise food wastage The Person Must have proven experience as a sous chef leading and mentoring other cooks / chefs in the kitchen Minimum Cert.
