Maintenance Team Leader 1/6/26 Parkhurst, Queensland, AUS, Onsite Position Join Komatsu and Be Part of Something Big Overview Are you ready to take the lead in keeping our Rockhampton operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee all site‑based mechanical and electrical maintenance at our Rockhampton operations. You’ll keep our infrastructure safe, compliant, and reliable, lead preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinate internal resources and external vendors/contractors to deliver uptime, cost control, and a strong EHS standard. You’ll also support site upgrades including safety upgrades and improvement projects to lift performance and reduce risk. About You Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: SLQDC – Safety and Legal - Maintain the facility and equipment in a compliant state (meeting all Aust Standards, Legislations and Regulations). Delivery - Preventative maintenance to ensure no unplanned site equipment downtime. Cost – Participate in annual maintenance budget process and manage PvA expenses. High safety ethos Undertake Plant and Machinery electrical and mechanical maintenance Co-ordinate and supervise maintenance vendors on site Vendor management in SAP – Quotes, Purchase requisition, receipt in process, invoicing. Manage site-based Facilities Management Technology system - Corrigo Experience working within a Low and High Voltage Operating Plan and Electrical Installation Safety Management Plan will be highly regarded. Electrical contractors’ licence will be highly regarded. Forklift, EWP tickets Dogman, Riggers and Crane Tickets desirable HV & LV Electrical Maintenance experience Demonstrated supervisory experience. Frontline Management qualifications. Experience in facilities maintenance management Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, SAP, Corrigo, CMMS MEX Maintenance Management or Maximo. Current driver’s licence Why Komatsu?
