If you hold Fixed or Rotary Wing qualifications and have experience in General, Civil, or Defence Aviation, we would love to hear from you. To thrive in this position, you should possess a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) and a knack for building strong relationships within your team. While a current B2 MAML is a plus, your previous experience with Fixed Wing Aircraft and completion of an P-8A Poseidon / Boeing 737 Aircraft Type course will set you apart. The skills needed for success include : Proficiency in aircraft handling and servicing. Expertise in avionics and component servicing. Understanding of Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) compliance and documentation certification. Skills in component removal, installation, disassembly, and reassembly. Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations. Ability to use and maintain aircraft support equipment effectively. Competence in fault diagnosis in line and base maintenance. Previous experience with fixed wing, 737 derivative aircraft is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with co-workers. Necessary requirements Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) Current B2 MAML or the ability to obtain (desirable). C class driver's license. Security Clearance You will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a government security clearance (Negative Vetting 1) sponsored by BDA. Therefore, you must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information and must have the ability to verify your background for whole of life i.e. birth to present time.
