About the company This established and expanding group is entering a structural change phase, creating the need for an experienced Group Financial Controller to provide stability, leadership, and commercial insight. Based in Albion, this initial three-month contract offers a genuine opportunity for extension or permanency as the business evolves. The role Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead and mentor a small finance team while overseeing consolidated group reporting, cash flow management, and performance analysis. You’ll bring structure, rigour, and best practice to financial operations and play a key role in supporting business improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Deliver accurate group management reporting, analysis, and commentary within deadlines Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for group entities Manage cash flow and working capital with a strong focus on control and forecasting Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to deliver high performance Partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives, audit, and governance compliance Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems About you CA or CPA qualified with extensive commercial finance experience Proven leadership experience managing a finance team Strong technical accounting and consolidation knowledge Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders Adaptable and calm under pressure, particularly during periods of change Contact For more information or a confidential discussion, please apply or contact me at ***************@perigongroup.com.au or call 3***. #J-18808-Ljbffr
