As the successful applicant, you will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary group — including allied health professionals, nursing staff, general medicine and mental health clinicians — to provide comprehensive, person‑centred care. The team focuses on meeting the complex needs of individuals living with intellectual and/or neuro‑developmental disabilities, including those presenting with challenging behaviours. In addition to direct clinical work, you will play an important role in supporting families and carers, offering guidance, education and collaborative planning to help ensure continuity of care and improved long‑term outcomes.
