We always aim for the Golden Tower… We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Project Manager to lead the delivery of wind turbine service contracts across Australia and the APAC region. Reporting to the Head of Project Management – APAC, you will oversee multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure service projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to customer expectations. This is a key leadership role within our growing renewables business, ideal for someone with strong project execution, client relationship, and technical delivery experience in large-scale energy projects. Key Responsibilities Deliver service projects in accordance with client contracts — with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Lead and coordinate multi-functional project teams (engineering, EHS, quality, electrical, and operations). Manage client relationships throughout project delivery, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, support site teams, and address operational challenges. Prepare and present project reports, risk reviews, and financial status updates to management and clients. Oversee document control, process compliance, and improvement initiatives across all service projects. Collaborate with APAC and international teams to share lessons learned and best practices. Travel to project sites across Australia and occasionally overseas as required. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a balance of technical, commercial, and people leadership skills. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (Project Management certification desirable). 5–10 years’ experience managing wind or large-scale renewable energy projects. Strong working knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management software (MS Project, Primavera). Experience with Power BI reporting and data-driven project tracking advantageous.
