We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Assistant to join our growing team. About the Role You will be required to provide essential support to Director George Bushby to help ensure the smooth running of daily real estate operations. You will be involved in marketing, client communication, administration, and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist with property listings, inspections, and client follow-ups Prepare marketing materials and coordinate online and print advertising Manage social media updates and property marketing campaigns Maintain and update the CRM database with client and listing details Organise open homes, appointments, and photography sessions Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and clients to coordinate contracts and documentation Provide general administrative support including emails, phone calls, and office coordination Prepare reports and assist with other ad hoc duties as required Skills & Experience Previous experience in real estate or administration (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle A current real estate registration certificate or willingness to obtain one Why Join Us Supportive and friendly team culture Opportunities for professional growth and career progression Work with a respected local brand known for integrity and excellence Access to ongoing training and development How to Apply Please send your resume to *****@bushbycreese.com.au Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
