Associate, Atmos Disputes + Investigations Apply to join Atmos Australia and New Zealand as an Associate within our Disputes + Investigations team. Overview Associates support senior lawyers and clients in litigation and regulatory investigations related to technology, cyber, privacy, data protection, consumer law, negligence, insurance and other digital law disputes. The role offers rapid skill development, autonomy, client engagement, and opportunities for business development and pro‑beyond involvement. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely support and navigating client issues. Manage client‑facing responses to disputes and regulatory investigations, including instructions and client files. Mentor junior and senior lawyers, guiding their professional development. Maintain event communication, recording and tracking against Atmos best‑practice frameworks. Key Skills and Experience Passion for cyber, data protection, privacy and technology disputes. Strong academic credentials and exceptional verbal and written communication. Experience handling client‑facing escalated matters and a high caseload. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment with analytical problem‑solving. Excellent time‑management and independent work skills.
