East Ballina Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in East Ballina, NSW 2478. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operations of our local pharmacy. What you’ll be doing Assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and medication-related questions Restocking and organising pharmacy shelves to maintain inventory levels Preparing and packaging medication orders under the supervision of the Pharmacist Providing administrative support, such as data entry and filing Maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy environment Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately Proficiency in using computer systems and technology A genuine interest in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures Availability to work part-time hours, minimum 20 hours per week What we offer At East Ballina Pharmacy, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
