Officer, Incident Management Location: Australia (Newcastle West) – Hybrid. Job Type: Full Time, 8–9 months Fixed Term Contract. About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Officer, Incident Management to join our team in the superannuation administration industry. The successful candidate will manage and administer incidents across multiple clients, coordinating across teams and ensuring a positive risk culture. Responsibilities Support the Senior Manager, Remediation and the business in executing the incident management process, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Lead end‑to‑end incident management. Conduct investigations and root cause analysis. Collaborate with various business units to execute remediation. Prepare reports and analyse trends in incidents to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Experience in incident management within the superannuation or financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience maintaining positive client relationships. Experience coordinating work across multiple teams. High attention to detail. A team player committed to fairness, quality and continuous improvement. Knowledge of superannuation and systems. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
