Based in Perth, this role has a broad regional focus, providing support across the Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will collaborate with both regional leadership and global insurance teams to drive effective risk and insurance management across a varied and complex portfolio. This is a standalone role offering a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance within the O&G or marine sectors and a solid understanding of regional requirements and operational risk. Key Responsibilities Lead annual renewals of personnel and commercial insurance policies across various Asia Pacific countries Manage and coordinate all insurance claims Provide strategic and operational insurance advice to ensure adequate cover across all departments and projects Maintain strong relationships with brokers and external partners Support insurance budget planning and compliance across the region Ensure all insurance-related activities align with internal standards and industry best practices Contribute to the organisation’s continuous improvement and innovation culture About Yo 3–5 years of experience in insurance or risk management within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industry Tertiary qualifications in Legal Studies, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific regulatory environment and operational offshore activities Confident in taking ownership of insurance portfolios and driving compliance A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill What’s On Offer Competitive remuneration package Flexible working arrangements A collaborative and respectful work environment Opportunities to grow and develop with both local and international support Access to employee assistance programs and salary packaging (conditions apply If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact in a company that values initiative, innovation, and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you Please visit our website at and submit your resume.
