Willed Law is an innovative law firm, specialising exclusively in wills and estates. We are uniquely positioned, managing Probate & Letters of Administration matters ranging in complexity across almost all Australian jurisdictions. We also assist our clients with deceased estate property transactions, and superannuation claims. At Willed, we've already helped tens of thousands of people write their legal Will, plan their funeral or apply for probate, making it easier for them to deal with the practicalities of death – be it that of a loved one or their own. With a recent significant investment from Seven West Media, our team is expanding and our business is growing, and that's where you come in. We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated Senior Lawyer to join our fast‑growing team. You will work with, and learn from, Willed Law's Head of Legal and senior lawyers to help take this area of our business to the next level. There is no need or expectation for you to bring or source clients, as the firm has a significant lead and enquiry base. Responsibilities Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia Drafting estate planning documents Administrative duties and office assistance as required Attending to ad‑hoc customer enquiries About You You are an excellent communicator and a team player who is ready to make this role your own. You want to be a true ambassador of the Willed brand.
