There are more than 800 stores around the world, and in 2013, MUJI was introduced to Australia by its parent company - Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd - Description MUJI Emporium is looking for passionate Part‑time Retail Sales Assistants (20‑30 hours per week) to join our team We have exciting opportunities for individuals who enjoy working across both the retail floor and stockroom operations, supporting the overall store performance through teamwork and flexibility. Responsibilities Customer‑Focused Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively greeting customers, assisting with product selection and fitting room service, efficiently operating the cashier area, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring timely replenishment of product displays. Stockroom (Back‑of‑House) Responsibilities: Support back‑of‑house operations by receiving deliveries, organising the stockroom, processing new inventory, and replenishing products on the sales floor as needed. Skills and Experiences Experience in a similar retail environment and/or customer service environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries (7am), late night trade (10pm), weekends and public holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
