Fire Technician / Electrician / Fitter / Plumbers (Multiple Positions) Apply for the Fire Technician / Electrician / Fitter / Plumbers (Multiple Positions) role at Bendigo Advertiser . Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking fire technicians, licensed electricians, sprinkler fitters and plumbers to join a committed work team specializing in commercial and industrial buildings, including sites in Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, and remote sites all over NSW and ACT. Willingness to travel to remote sites throughout NSW and ACT is preferred, but flexible arrangements may be considered. The right candidate will need to be driven, motivated and passionate about the role. Previous fire experience is not required, although highly desirable. Full training will be provided in all aspects of our work. Competitive wages with overtime and annual CPI increases. Skills & Qualification: Electrical Trade Certificate (Qualified Supervisors/Contractors License) Sprinkler Trade Certificate Plumbing Trade Certificate NSW Class C Drivers Licence ACMA Open Cable Registration Licence Demonstrated capability to manage risk with commitment to safe work practices Self‑motivation and flexibility to meet deadlines according to operational changes and requirements Communicate effectively in verbal and written contexts Work effectively across a team of maintenance and mining personnel, follow procedures and use initiative to drive continuous improvement Present in a fit‑for‑purpose manner which requires participation in random drug and alcohol testing Clear National Police Clearance Vaccinations – standard immunisations required for this role The following qualifications & experience are also highly regarded but not essential: FPAS Inspect / Test and/or FSA Accreditation EWP ticket Working at Heights Forklift Previous work in fire industry An attractive remuneration package will be provided to the successful candidate, including a company uniform, vehicle, phone allowance and laptop.
