Qualifications – Senior Care Assistant NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care. At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Experience with complex needs (e.g., dementia). Proficiency in medication administration and care planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Understanding of safeguarding principles. GP Surgery – Healthcare Assistant (London) Assist in basic patient care, measuring vitals, phlebotomy, vaccinations. Technical procedures and long-term condition reviews. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and infection control. Healthcare promotion – educate patients on health and wellbeing. Maintain confidentiality and comply with health & safety policies. Support clinical and administrative tasks, data entry, and record keeping. Adhere to confidentiality, health & safety and equality & diversity policies. Initial and ongoing training in phlebotomy, communication, confidentiality, and quality improvement. Requirements – GP Surgery Assistant 5 GCSEs A‑C including Maths & English. Competence in phlebotomy. Basic medical terminology and clinical procedures. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities. Previous NHS general practice experience. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and undertake training. Retail – Christmas Customer Assistant (M&S, Chelmsford) Provide excellent customer service, manage sales, and maintain store cleanliness. Use digital tools such as the Sparks App to enhance the customer experience. Work flexibly, supporting various store areas. Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
