Personal Attributes: Role Responsibilities This role is a combination of account management and strategy for a portfolio of clients. Acting as the middle-person between clients and Reform specialists. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, we are looking for team players who are keen to add as much value as possible to our growing list of clients across many different niches. Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and ensuring their campaign KPI's are being delivered. Understanding of other marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Ads, Email Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimisation to be able to have informative conversations with our clients around campaign metrics. Creating, executing, and driving a variety of channel strategies geared to drive leads and sales for our clients. Using analytics and data to report to clients and measure the effectiveness of their campaigns Providing quality monthly reporting and recommendations to clients. Working with the team to project manage and improve all campaign performance. Not being afraid to get your hands dirty and help the team when needed. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience We want to hear from you if you have the following experience: A minimum of 2 years experience working as an account manager or strategist in digital marketing Experience working in agencies or fast paced teams across multiple channels Experience in using Google Analytics and other similar data platforms A strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms (any additional platforms are a bonus) Knowledge of ecommerce accounts Confidence in speaking with clients and being the liaison between other departments.
