What this opportunity involves: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to contribute to the growth of our company.
This is an opportunity to work alongside individuals who are united by a strong sense of teamwork, service, and excellence.
Every Executive Assistant will have to utilize a unique skill set based on their executive's job functions, personality, and communication style.
This client has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture and we are eager to add another strong contributor to our growing Executive Assistant team.
This is a part-time role, 3 days a week working Tuesday - Thursday.
Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy: Manage daily schedules to ensure executives complete obligations efficientlyCoordinate various internal and external meetings, from team to stakeholder sessionsProactively manage calendar based on priorities like customer meetings and project needsBook domestic and international travel adhering to company policy and requirementsInterface effectively with employees and executives, recognizing key organizational playersAssist with food orders and planning of business-related meetingsHandle additional administrative and project duties as neededSound like the job you are looking for?
