As a LMS Support Officer of our Training Team within SDPR, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, support and enhancement of the state-wide Learning Management System for the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program. About You We are looking for someone who: Experienced in Learning Management Systems, particularly My Health Learning, with a solid background in both Test and Production Support environments. Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service, gathering information from multiple sources, preparing clear reports and managing challenging client interactions. Organised with proven ability to prioritise competing demands, work effectively in high-volume environments and consistently achieve customer-focused outcomes. Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills, supporting enterprise systems in complex environments and working effectively with customers and stakeholders.
