We are strengthening our Australian operations with a hands‑on Head of Operations to lead both our Braeside warehouse and Armadale gallery, ensuring seamless daily execution across all customer and operational touchpoints. About the role This is a multi-site operational leadership role across our Braeside warehouse and Armadale gallery. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams across both locations, and build the structure and processes that keep our Australian business running smoothly. You will work closely with warehouse, logistics, gallery and client care teams — ensuring stock accuracy, showroom readiness, efficient dispatch, and a smooth end‑to‑end customer experience. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and in a customer‑facing gallery environment. Key Responsibilities Multi‑Site Operations Leadership Oversee daily operations across Braeside warehouse and Armadale gallery Maintain strong communication and alignment between both sites Build structure, workflow and processes that connect warehouse ↔ gallery ↔ client care Ensure both sites run efficiently, consistently and on schedule Warehouse & Logistics Oversee dispatch, inventory accuracy and freight coordination Strengthen Cin7 processes and stock integrity Drive improvements in receiving, dispatch and container activities Resolve logistics issues quickly and effectively Gallery & Showroom Operations Oversee gallery operational readiness, presentation and stock rotations Support gallery team with customer operations, stock availability and delivery timelines Coordinate warehouse‑to‑gallery stock movements and replenish needs Maintain gallery systems, processes and daily operational flow Lead and support staff across warehouse, gallery and client care Run weekly team rhythms and set clear expectations Improve communication and accountability between departments Recruit, train and onboard new team members as needed Processes, Systems & Reporting Create clear SOPs for warehouse, gallery and client care Reduce operational errors, delays and inefficiencies Produce operational reports and KPIs for leadership Strengthen systems use (Cin7, Shopify, logistics portals, etc.) Customer Operations Ensure accurate timelines and communication with client care Reduce damages, delays and customer issues through operational improvements Support escalations and cross‑functional troubleshooting Cross‑Functional Coordination Partner with finance on stock, costings and reconciliations Coordinate with US and PH teams for timelines, processes and information flow About You You’re a hands‑on operator with experience managing multi‑site operations across warehouse, logistics and either retail, showroom or gallery environments. You are: practical, calm and organised comfortable working onsite across two locations strong with systems, processes and structure confident leading small‑to‑mid sized teams clear and direct in communication experienced with stock operations in a product‑based business able to identify issues quickly and implement improvements Required Experience 4+ years in operations leadership across warehouse, supply chain, retail or showroom environments Multi‑site or cross‑functional operations experience preferred Strong background in logistics or product‑based businesses Demonstrated ability to build structure and improve processes Experience leading teams in fast‑paced environments Lead both warehouse and gallery operations in a growing, design‑led brand Shape the operational backbone of the business Work directly with founders and make real, visible impact Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with autonomy and ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
