Medical Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team at the CQ Skin Cancer Centre on a casual basis. This role is for approximately 32 hours per fortnight, with ability to cover sick and annual leave as necessary. Shift hours may fall between Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Responsibilities Meeting and greeting patients Scheduling appointments and pro‑actively coordinating the appointment book Accurately entering patient data Processing payments Managing phone and email queries Assisting in tidying up consult rooms Qualifications Customer focused and make patient care the top priority A strong team player who positively contributes to work culture Approachable, reliable and dependable Willing to go the extra mile when required Experienced in admin/reception Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients Authorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine Driven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
