Concept Electrical & Solar Pty Ltd – Cromer NSW We are currently seeking a solar installer / electrical trade assistant to join our friendly team. We are an established solar provider based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, servicing all of Sydney and parts of NSW (also with a presence in QLD, ACT and VIC). About the role: Working with an established team of SAA accredited Electricians, Trade Assistants and Apprentices, you will be advancing your skillset whilst assisting with the delivery of Commercial Solar PV Systems (incl. battery storage solutions), Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions and other Electrical Installation & Maintenance projects across Sydney. Working on innovative projects that bring new technologies to life, you have the support of our experienced team, learning new skills and expanding your knowledge within a caring, friendly and nurturing environment. About you: To be considered for this position you will be a driven individual who is keen to learn and develop new skills (even if you already have great experience to bring to the team, there is always something new to learn). To be considered for this role you will have a great attitude towards learning and self development (we all need to grow, growth is essential for our well being). You will get along and work great as part of a team, but also be able to be self motivated when required to aid progress and help to move projects towards completion in a timely manner. As this role is heavily team based, you will need to be considerate and always, always, think about your colleagues and fellow team members in all that you do. MUST HAVES: You MUST be punctual and reliable A great "can do" attitude You MUST have a current construction industry White Card You MUST be able to travel autonomously to work sites or meeting points from where you can easily get to site You MUST have a keen interest in new and innovative technologies, renewable energy, and be passionate about advancing your skill set. You MUST have a tool kit and own some power tools (we don't expect a complete plethora of power tools, but the basics are a must).
