Together, you’ll create an environment that’s exciting, inclusive, and full of energy. What You’ll Do: Lead with Passion : Deliver legendary experiences for both customers and your team. Set the Tone : Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space where everyone thrives. Stay Sharp : Anticipate needs, keep the energy up, and ensure smooth shifts. Own the Flame: Drive the energy, atmosphere, and operations to make every shift brilliant. What’s in It for You? You’ll work with all Nando’s ingredients and obtain and hold appropriate certification (liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by applicable local legislation).
