In this ever‑changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, who like to have fun and celebrate their successes together. Here is what a typical day looks like Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs Quickly access information from online databases to complete customer transactions Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities The value you bring Level 1 General Insurance License required, must obtain Level 2 License within 90 days, employer paid and supported. 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, demonstrated passion for exemplary customer service Professional experience building rapport with customers over the phone and through email Previous Insurance or Call Centre experience is an asset Location: Hybrid in Victoria, BC Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week Mon-Friday 7am-7pm PST Saturdays 9am-5pm PST Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 Requisition: 82247 At Western, we prioritize the well‑being of our employees and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity within our communities.
