As one of our ICT Officers in Cyber Security, you will ensure Council is protected by the growing threats posed by matters relating to cyber security. You will identify, mitigate and manage risks related to cyber security in a proactive manner, analysing and improving Council’s security posture to meet its compliance requirements.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience or qualifications in ICT related field, and a proven understanding through experience, of dealing with cyber security issues, as well as experience working with cloud-based software such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
These opportunities are newly created to combat the threat posed to Council in cyberspace, and as an employee of Council you will be well supported in your role with ongoing professional development opportunities, a brilliant team of ICT staff, access to employee welfare such as Employee Assistance Programs, annual flu vaccinations and a regular assortment of wellbeing activities.
