Role Requirements A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or studying towards for ECT A Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) for Educational Leader A current and valid Working with Children Check A Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. Experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF An ability to interpret curriculum documents Effective oral and written communication skills Key Role Responsibilities – 2nd Early Childhood Teacher Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten program. Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment. Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program. Participate in professional and personal development. Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values. Key Role Responsibilities – Educational Leader Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus. Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment. Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program. Participate in professional and personal development.
