Senior Project Officer

About the Role The Senior Service Delivery Advisor (Senior Project Officer) is responsible for supporting services for the implementation of the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing Reforms, with a particular focus on advice and support for professionals. To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communication skills, project management experience, sector support experience, and experience working in a customer service focused role. These will have been demonstrated through preparing a range of project and contract documentation, preparing briefings and documentation to support professionals to understand and implement reforms. An understanding of the Information Sharing and MARAM reforms and Child Link is also highly relevant. Key Focus Areas Support consultation with key internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic advice Support the alignment and integration of messaging and advice across the child information sharing reforms Preparation and coordination of briefs and papers for relevant governance meetings and ministerial briefs Data collection and reporting relating to stakeholder engagement activities Ongoing review, support and management of the Learning Management System and e-learning modules Supporting complex responses to stakeholder queries across the Victorian Government Information Sharing Enquiry Line platforms Support the Manager with any other tasks as required Work Type Fixed Term – Full Time until 30/06/2027 Attributes As the Senior Service Delivery Advisor (Senior Project Officer), you'll bring strong stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills to support the successful implementation of the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing Reforms. Knowledge of Information Sharing and MARAM reforms and Child Link will be highly regarded. About the Division The Child Safety Division and Victorian Child Information Sharing Branch sit within the Early Childhood Education group. The branch leads Victoria's Child Information Sharing reforms, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, to promote child wellbeing and safety. It contributes to implementation and change management activities for early childhood system reforms, including measuring attendance of children at kindergarten to support the roll‑out of the Best Start, Best Life Reforms.
