The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Head Coach to lead the PT department at Anytime Fitness Harpley. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll combine your coaching skills with people management, driving recruitment, development, and performance across the PT team. As PT Manager, you’ll set the standard for excellence by delivering a minimum of 20 PT sessions per week while fostering a culture that helps Personal Trainers thrive and ensures our members receive world‑class training experiences. What You’ll Do Recruit, mentor, and support a team of Personal Trainers Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities Drive PT department performance across revenue, retention, and service standards Support PTs with business growth, client acquisition, and lead generation Deliver exceptional member experiences through PT sessions, small group training, and onboarding programs Report on PT metrics and contribute to club growth initiatives What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, with leadership or mentoring experience Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum) + current First Aid/CPR Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver business results Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed What’s In It For You Competitive base salary + performance incentives Complimentary Anytime Fitness membership Clear career pathway through AFC (Regional PT Manager, Fitness Director, State Manager) Ongoing professional development, training, and events Opportunity to shape and grow a PT department in a brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art club Career Pathway This role is the launchpad for a long-term career within AFC’s leadership pathway: Head Coach/PT Manager → Regional PT Manager → Fitness Director → State/National Manager.
