Core Areas of Responsibility: M&A Integration Support: Assist the compliance lead on Business Integration & Acquisitions (M&A) projects, primarily coordinating data transfers, documentation review, and compliance onboarding for new entities. Compliance Administration: Maintain and update the firm's Annual Compliance Calendar and administer key registers (risk, complaints, and breaches). Policy and Procedure: Assist in updating the Risk Management Framework and Quality Control Manual , helping to translate regulatory changes and legislation into internal procedures. Data System Support: Assist in implementing new systems and manage data collation for internal risk reporting and operational efficiency metrics. Inbox Management: Manage the central Compliance Inbox, ensuring all internal and external queries are documented and promptly routed to the senior team for resolution. What's In It For You?
