Senior Principal Consultant - ServiceNow Location: Sydney / Melbourne Role type: Contract Seniority level: Mid‑Senior Responsibilities Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements and create requirement artefacts. Develop User stories, functional specifications, system design specification for client engagements by understanding the customer requirements. Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of stakeholders. Conduct requirement walkthroughs to the team after client approvals and ensure all clarity is attained throughout the project. Coordinate and communicate with the client and the internal project team (developers, PM, QAs, etc.) on the business requirements. Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep stakeholders updated on project results. Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, and meeting schedules. Perform functional testing to ensure requirements are being met. Minimum Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM or HRSD. Experience on service mapping, FSO, and S2P is preferred. Prior working experience with ServiceNow. Implement and configure ServiceNow S2P for invoice processing using NowAssist Docintel (APO). Good knowledge of available IT systems/tools. Work with stakeholders to assess application inventory and business capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Good management, analytic, problem‑solving & interpersonal skills.
