Operating from their purpose built 16,000 SQM Dandenong facility the business is searching for a National Reliability Manager to devise and implement its machinery reliability strategy. About the role Reporting to the Head of Operations, the National Reliability Manager will be responsible for leading both maintenance and reliability across the business. Your directive is to maximise asset performance, minimise downtime and ensure adherence to safety and compliance whilst managing operational maintenance. The successful candidate will develop and implement the full end to end reliability strategy including preventative maintenance programs, whilst driving continuous improvement across the site. Control R&M budgets and plans; manage the reliability and maintenance budgets with a focus on creating world class teams, production support and processes Lead Maintenance & Reliability; champion reliability excellence, overseeing reactive and preventative maintenance and leading continuous improvement within maintenance Focus on performance; optimise asset utilization and efficiency utilising data to identify issues and solutions Champion safety and improvement; ensure safety and continuous improvement are central to the business's R&M strategy About you Proven leader within reliability and maintenance engineering with strong technical knowledge within aseptic production, sterilization and high speed lines. Depth of experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing will ideally be complemented by a degree in Mechatronics or a similar engineering field. Able to evidence having created and implemented a master plan for capital efficiency whilst being hands on enough to inspire and coach your teams.
