Overview The Account Director at HH Global is a Melbourne‑based role responsible for developing and nurturing a fashion retail display account. The position strengthens relationships with the client, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures solutions are delivered on time and against operational and financial targets. Key Responsibilities Lead client satisfaction efforts through direct liaison, internal coordination, and supplier management. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision‑makers. Collaborate with the Client Services Director and VP Client Engagement to develop annual client growth and development plans. Manage account teams, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Oversee team development via appraisals, mentoring, training, and one‑on‑one meetings. Drive operational excellence and resolve quality concerns or corrective actions. Monitor and manage account financial performance, including risk analysis and mitigation strategies. Handle contract reviews and renewals. Develop and execute growth strategies to meet and exceed targets. Produce regular management information (MI) reports and account relationship plans. Qualifications Extensive client service management experience, ideally with on‑site client work. Extensive people management experience including performance management and team leadership. Responsibility for managing client service plans, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting and leadership. Track record of operational management for client services departments. Experience developing and maintaining client relationships. Ability to present account planning and strategy for retention, growth and added value. Successful client and contract management track record. Risk mitigation strategy development for internal and external business issues. In‑depth knowledge of performance improvement philosophy and implementation. Fast‑paced retail environment experience. Presentation experience to Senior Management / Board level. Large P&L budget management experience. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.
