When you join NS Family Law, you’ll work with leading practitioners who are deeply invested in your development and success. We’re currently seeking a Family Lawyer with 3–5+ years PAE to join our team. What your role will involve: Complex parenting and property matters Domestic Violence matters Divorce applications Binding Child Support Agreements and departure applications Financial agreements, including applications to set them aside Dispute resolution and settlement negotiations Drafting court documents and conducting trial advocacy Appearing at interim hearings and other regular court attendances We’re looking for someone who: Has 3–5+ years PAE in family law or a related practice area Is passionate about family law and eager to continue building expertise Enjoys litigation work and feels confident advocating for clients Can manage their own workload independently while collaborating effectively with the team Is a strong drafter, particularly of affidavits, advice letters, court documents and orders Brings a pragmatic, strategic approach to resolving disputes Is highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and client-focused Can confidently manage emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism Why join NS Family Law?
