The kind where campaigns go live in days, not weeks, and where media spend directly translates to tills ringing. They are a close-knit team of 60 where decisions happen fast, and bureaucracy doesn't slow you down. You’ll manage a multi-million annual media budget across Programmatic and Paid Social , with genuine ownership over strategy, execution, and optimisation. This isn’t typical agency work. You’ll see your campaigns online, on TV, in stores and across every major digital platform, driving real sales for a client that moves fast and invests heavily in performance media. This role combines hands‑on campaign management with strategic innovation. You’ll explore new approaches to media quality, test emerging formats, and help define best practices across the business. What You’ll Do Manage Paid Social campaigns end‑to‑end on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, including planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting Plan, activate, and optimise Programmatic campaigns across OOH, Audio (including podcasts), Video (YouTube + High Impact), and Display via DV360 and The Trade Desk. Build and maintain direct partnerships with media vendors, including briefing partners, reviewing proposals, negotiating rates, and managing SSP curation deals Optimise campaigns through audience curation, placement refinement, and media quality monitoring in collaboration with our audience and analytics partners Drive product development and capability growth by testing new strategies, analysing omnichannel reach overlap and incrementality, and establishing emerging best practices What we are looking for You have 1–3 years of managing Programmatic or Paid Social campaigns in an agency environment. You're fluent in Meta Ads Manager and have run campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest You understand direct media buying, including partner negotiations, proposal evaluation, and relationship management You're comfortable with GA4, conversion tracking, media quality frameworks, and cross‑channel attribution analysis You're energised by experimentation, whether that's A/B testing bid strategies or exploring new programmatic inventory sources What's in It for You Clear & structured pathway to Digital Manager roles (70% of the team promoted internally) Annual training budget for certifications, courses, and conferences Work on a $10M annual budget across Digital with genuine strategic input.
