Civil Labourers, Structures Project - $37 per hour Workfast are looking for experienced Civil Labourers helping the Structures team to work on a Singleton Roads project. The Singleton Roads Project is contract work with full‑time hours with Civil and General Labouring, working around machinery, and General Labouring, Trade Assistant and Skilled Labouring work. Construction Labourers must have a valid White Card and Civil Construction experience; Machine experience desirable. The Civil Construction Labourers, Trade Assistant and Skilled Labourers will be working on a Singleton Roads Project, with weekend work also available. Night shifts may become available at a later date. There are no paid breaks and unpaid Pre Start. Highlights: Well above award rate $37.00 per hour Loads of overtime available Travel allowance - $21 per day Meal allowance - $18 per day after 9.5 Hours Working in a great team Long term Road project Well established company Potential for full time work Requirements: Civil Construction industry experience White Card Own, reliable transport A willingness to 'pitch in' and assist with on‑site labouring tasks. An ability to work independently and at times guide others A mature approach to the workplace, an ability to complete tasks and adapt to change within a fast paced environment A focus on Zero Harm and following safe systems of work Have a strong understanding of Bridge piling spec and willing to learn other relevant information Responsibilities: Working around machine operations Working in confined spaces Able to use Civil tools and equipment Civil construction work Completion of daily paperwork Working in a team Following safety requirements Working around machinery Pipe laying Concreting Spotting machines for those with spotting experience About us Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading building companies.
