A highly collaborative, approachable, and influential leadership style focused on the provision of clinical care and customer service to residents, and the management of staff. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence all stakeholders to achieve outcomes and achieve cultural change. Superior communication skills verbal, written & an appreciation for a multi-cultural healthcare workforce. Passion and commercial flair to profitability of your business, developing occupancy sales strategies and a strong commitment to both local community allied health & sector networking experience to underpin your occupancy and admissions strategy. Very comfortable in a KPIs and service level (SLA's) performance, people engagement and workplace safety environment whereby you skilfully use these frameworks to driver operational excellence and a high trust environment. Astuteness across P&L's, Budgeting, and financial management acumen. Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new business/facility. You are solution focused and think innovatively to achieve the highest level of staff engagement, resident outcomes, and satisfaction. Have the necessary NDIS sector compliance requirements.
