Support Worker - Liverpool and surrounding areas Discover a career where care goes both ways We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our Aged Care clients’ lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will travel around South West Sydney and need availability weekdays Monday to Friday between 8am‑5pm (preferably 2‑3 days minimum). Key Responsibilities Supporting and connecting with clients, assisting with day‑to‑day in‑home tasks such as cleaning, tidying, washing and other tasks within the client’s care plan. Transporting clients to appointments and shopping. Preparing meals. Providing social support or respite for families and carers. Assisting with personal care, including showering and dressing, when qualified/fully trained. Required Skills & Qualifications A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high‑quality care to the elderly. Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people. Good communication skills. A reliable team player. Understanding of workplace health and safety. An Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle (essential). Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential, can be completed through our traineeship program). Willingness to apply for a Police Check. What We Can Offer You Competitive hourly pay rate of $33.40‑$42.88 per hour, plus superannuation, km reimbursement (99c per km) and paid travel time. Not‑for‑profit tax benefits so you pay less tax.
