Your New Role Based in our Melbourne office and reporting to the Manager Training Products & Projects, the Training Package Coordinator provides essential operational support to ensure the smooth development, maintenance and compliance of training packages that support Australia’s manufacturing workforce. Working in a small team, you will coordinate workflows, track project milestones, and ensure documentation and data are accurate and compliant with the Training Package Organising Framework (TPOF) and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate project documentation, reporting, resource planning and progress tracking Maintain high quality information and version control for training package updates Coordinate stakeholder communication, working groups and consultation tasks Support the team with meeting coordination, records management, travel bookings and registers Ensure accurate data management and compliance Identify change impacts and risks to training packages Draft and review documentation and contribute to webinars for project activities Provide general project administration to enable on‑time, accurate and compliant outcomes Your skills and attributes Good attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Confidence working with documents, data and systems Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to stay organised and manage different tasks A friendly, helpful approach when working with others An interest in learning about vocational education and training (VET) Qualifications or experience in VET, training package development, education administration, regulation, compliance or project coordination (desirable) Experience in training organisations, government skills bodies, TAFE, higher education or similar environments (desirable) Benefits We offer a supportive work environment, competitive salary, great benefits and hybrid working arrangements.
