Make the move, Make a difference As the Manager, Recruitment and Talent, you will lead the delivery of high-quality recruitment and talent acquisition services across Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS). You will ensure compliance with legislation, directives, and policies governing recruitment, while driving best-practice approaches that strengthen CHHHS's workforce capability. Key focus areas for your new role will be: Compliance and Governance Labour Market Insight Leadership and Team Development Technology and Systems Stakeholder Engagement Forward Planning and Coordination This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping recruitment practices that enhance CHHHS's reputation, deliver high-quality workforce outcomes, and contribute to the development of a skilled, engaged, and future-ready workforce. About you: You will successfully lead the development and delivery of recruitment, attraction, and talent acquisition strategies that align with the organisation's workforce plans, values, and strategic objectives. You can drive innovation by implementing best practice and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. You will design and deliver a comprehensive suite of support materials including capability programs for hiring managers and panel members to ensure compliant, fair, and effective selection processes. You support governance, compliance, and reporting processes, contributing to transparent performance measurement and continuous improvement. You will contribute to the broader People and Culture priorities, supporting the Director and Executive Director to embed innovation, cultural transformation, and workforce sustainability across CHHHS.
