We're seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee both venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day‑to‑day operations. About you A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager is required. At least a Diploma or higher in a relevant field. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Passion for delivering quality service. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control costs. Ensure compliance with safety, RSA, and workplace policies. Coordinate with kitchen and FOH teams for efficient service.
