Managing a portfolio of Catastrophe Large Loss claims in a timely and cost-effective mannerEnsuring a high standard of customer service is maintained with our internal and external customers while building a network of professional relationshipsContinuous communication with internal and external stakeholders to report on claim developments and potential strategic opportunities.Using your technical experience to thoroughly investigate and assess claims to ensure that appropriate strategies are being implemented and pursuedActive communication and negotiation with other Insurer and parties with a view to achieving the best possible outcome for all stakeholders involvedAbout youExperience in managing a portfolio of property claims in excess of $100,000 for the value of the claimAbility to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service abilities and solid verbal communication skillsResilience in dealing with complex situations and clients under distressStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsWhat's on offer
