As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Product Coordinator to join our innovative team and help drive the success. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals. Portfolio Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of products from sourcing to phase‑out. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Pricing and Promotions: Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to maximise profitability and market share. Sales Performance: Analyse sales data and recommend actions to improve product performance. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, e‑commerce and logistics teams to support product launches and campaigns. Innovation: Identify opportunities for new product development or range expansion. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) a plus. Basic understanding of SEO and product merchandising desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. 1–3 years’ experience in product coordination, merchandising or e‑commerce preferred. Benefits Competitive salary.
