We Treasure the Expertise of Our Educators As the Director, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care and education for school-aged children, using your expertise and creativity to foster a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment. You’ll build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with parents, carers, and your team of educators, working together to plan, deliver, and reflect on programs that go beyond compliance to be inclusive, inspiring, and filled with moments that truly matter. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, bringing a calm, capable, and confident presence that supports both your team and the families in your care. What You Need to Succeed A cleared valid for paid work, Working With Children Check (WWCC) Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable) Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what “quality” really looks like in OSHC You meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor, or you are keen to get there and take that responsibility seriously.
