Skilled Mobile Plant Operators Mass Resources is currently seeking experienced operators for ongoing civil construction works across the Perth metro area, including roads, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks. We are looking for operators of: Haul trucks, Rollers, Watercarts Excavators, Loaders and Dozers Graders Final Trim Operators Join a professional team delivering high-quality civil infrastructure projects while working safely and efficiently across multiple Perth locations. About the Role As a Mobile Plant Operator, your duties may include : Operating machinery to support bulk earthworks, site preparation, and road construction Assisting crews with site setup, material movement, and general site duties Ensuring machinery is used safely, efficiently, and in line with site requirements Supporting quality outcomes for final trim / fine grading works Work is varied, hands‑on, and offers the opportunity to gain experience on a wide range of civil projects.
