As Southeast QLD’s leading boutique allied health provider, we’re excited to welcome a New Graduate Speech Pathologist into our supportive and collaborative team. Our graduate program is designed to help you step confidently into your career, with structured supervision, flexible caseloads, and access to experienced clinicians across a range of specialties. You’ll be mentored, empowered, and given the tools to grow into a confident and capable practitioner. What We Offer Learn from clinical leads with 20+ years’ experience and specialists in play‑based early intervention, literacy, AAC, and neurodiversity‑affirming practice $2K annual PD allowance in your first year and access to internal PD resources Travel reimbursement, iPhone & laptop Flexible work options – clinic, home, or community Be mentored by experienced clinicians and work alongside past graduates who’ve grown into senior roles and continue to support new team members Your First Six Months – Structured Support & Growth Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and fortnightly peer supervision groups Shadow experienced clinicians for your first 2 weeks Gradual caseload ramp‑up Months 1–2: Build up to 2–3 clients per week Month 3: Begin managing an independent caseload with senior support Month 6: Transition to a full caseload, with continued guidance Why You’ll Love It Here Full‑time role with a balanced utilisation target (65%), focusing on quality care over quantity, with a realistic KPI of up to 5 billable hours per day Tailored caseloads across early intervention, literacy, AAC, and neurodiversity‑affirming practice to match your interests and support your growth Admin support to keep paperwork light Inclusive, collaborative culture – 25% of our team joined via staff referrals Regular team development days & social events About You Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) SPA registration (or eligibility) NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, valid driver’s licence and access to your own Vehicle Ready to start your career with a team that will support, challenge, and inspire you?
