Facility Building Engineering & Services ManagerIn this expansive business-critical role reporting to the Executive Director Professional Services (COO), you'll lead a team of internal and external specialists to ensure optimum performance of their state-of-the-art facilities. You will enjoy the diversity of responsibilities, the opportunity to make improvements and oversee projects, and be a critical member of a dynamic organisation.
Ensuring:Building Fabric & Services compliance including WHSDelivery of efficiencies and innovationTeam leadership and developmentContractor Management & Client relationshipsYour BackgroundExperience in a similar team leadership Facilities Management or Operations Manager role, for built environment assets; ideally in Medical or Biomedical Research, Health, or University sectors which are most desirable. You will have:
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications or trade certificateDemonstrated capabilities in delivering built environment efficiencies through innovationManaging and developing your team & contractorsEnsuring service delivery & customer service excellenceBenefits include:35 hour working weekNot For Profit Tax minimisation (Salary Sacrificing)Parking is availableTeam leadership opportunityDynamic & innovative professional environmentRemuneration is negotiable up to $195,000 Package, depending on your qualifications, experience and capabilities. (Not for Profit status increases your take home pay).
